If you need to return or exchange items purchased from Hatter & Company, please email us with the subject of the email being “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE.” We will then provide you with our return form for you to complete and send back to us with your returned merchandise. Please note that Hatter & Company does not accept returns of any used or customer damaged products. For any return shipping, please include $5.00 for domestic orders and $14.00 for international orders.
